Samsung Galaxy Ace Brand New ?

I bought a 2 Samsung Galaxy aces Yesterday and I no longer want one of them as I managed to get an Iphone instead. I cannot get a refund because the box has been opened. The phone is locked to 3 Mobile and its brand new in the Box and your more than welcome to see the receipt although you cannot keep it as I will need it for the other Galaxy ace.
